Patricia Wintyr, MA, has over 30 years of experience in individual, relationship, and group counseling, and an on-going commitment to integrating intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual growth. She has a Masters Degree in Human Behavior from Oblate College. She has studied Gestalt, Bioenergetics, EMDR, Hypnotherapy and several Energy Psychology systems. She is a certified teacher of the Enneagram and has completed the intensive core training in Internal Family Systems Therapy with Richard Schwartz. Patricia has studied Non-Violent Communication. She has been a student of A.H. Almaas in the Diamond Heart Approach for over 15 years. Patricia is in a private practice in Camden, Maine. She sees clients in person as well as phone sessions.

Patricia comes to her work with an extensive background in psychospiritual approaches, and a grounding in her own spiritual work. Her work and life are guided by her deep commitment to know herself fully and to bring this knowledge of her deepest nature to her work with her clients. She sees people's essential selves, and she is extremely effective in helping her clients contact this essential core within themselves. She is open, authentic, and grounded in her Self, and this grounding allows her to be deeply present with people. She has always been able to help her clients see the adaptive function of their behaviors, and thus she is especially compassionate, allowing and encouraging to the people she works with.
